Preparation of the items will take 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) depending on the availability of the items.
If your order contains out-of-stock items, then it may take few extra days for preparation.
Tracking information will be available once items are dispatched.
As you may notice, today is just the 6th day of the preparation.
Please allow us more time to prepare the items.
If you still prefer the cancellation, please let us know so we can inform our management.
Be advised that cancellation is only possible once the order is still being prepared.
Once the items are ready for shipment or already shipped out, any cancellation is no longer possible.
