I am sorry to hear that you have to return item(s) in 20220506-0000395 due to ill-fitting.
As you may already know, the item(s) must be in a good condition showing no sign of wearing/washing.
Any items with marks or stains will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Please wrap items in plastic bags securely before packing them in a box to avoid damage during delivery process.

Together with the returning item(s), make sure to include a note stating information below:

2. item you're returning
3. reason for return
This is to prevent your parcel from being omitted and to speed up the return process.
All customers will be responsible for returning shipping costs and initial shipping costs and possible return tax will be deducted on the refund
Also please send via national postal service, it will be carried by EMS (Our shipping service) once the parcel reaches Korea.
Please provide the return tracking number within May 31, 2022 KST, otherwise, return request will no longer be accepted.
When items arrive at our warehouse, our stock management team will be checking the returned items to see if any parts are damaged or contaminated.
After quality test, we will proceed to refund and e-mail you once again for approval.
